On 10/15/2022, I stumbled upon this site after my S8 Active got totally wrecked one night. I was a bit worried about the credibility of this place, but they had my phone available in various used and new conditions. So, I went ahead and made the purchase. I got a confirmation email saying I’d get tracking info in a few days. But after waiting a few days without any tracking updates, I started to feel like I might have been duped. I reached out to the company twice about this, and they assured me that my order had shipped and that tracking would be sent soon. Fast forward two weeks, still no tracking numbers or updates, but I did get the product in the condition they promised. Not sure if this is a new store (thanks to the post-covid mess) or a smaller operation, but the only hiccup was the lack of tracking info. I’d definitely order from them again. If you’re unsure about this company or the items they offer, I’d recommend reaching out to them first; it might clear up any tracking issues. Other than that, A++ and best of luck moving forward!

The item arrived in a timely manner, but I haven't unboxed it yet for the phone exchange. My husband might insist on sending it back, which is a bummer. I'm still mulling over my options.

I initially got a BlackBerry Key2 to replace the one my neighbor accidentally ran over (not her fault, by the way). The old phone still functioned (maybe a good ad for BlackBerry?), but the screen was all cracked up. So, five days later, I got a message from the company saying they were out of stock on the BlackBerry. I did some searching online and stumbled upon TechDaddy Accs. I was in the market for a new one, and they had exactly what I needed. They even sent me a pic to confirm it was unlocked for Verizon. Just this past week, it showed up at my door.
